What we collect

• What you provide voluntarily: name, WhatsApp number, email, your buying goal, and the content of your conversations with our team or AI assistant.
• Basic technical data when you visit the site (browser type, pages visited, referral source) to improve the site.

How we use it

• To answer your request, hold your online meeting and follow up on your interest in projects.
• To share your basic details with the relevant developer only when you ask us to arrange a viewing, a meeting or a booking.
• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while there is active contact or a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete your data or stop contacting you at any time by sending "STOP" on WhatsApp or emailing hello@homizai.com.

AI assistant

Your WhatsApp conversations may be handled by an AI assistant (Taj) for faster answers, reviewed by a human team. You can ask for a human at any time.

Tools

We use third-party tools for scheduling (Cal.com and Google Calendar), messaging (WhatsApp) and site analytics. Those tools are governed by their own privacy policies.
