Homizai is a US-based real-estate marketing company working with licensed developers in Dubai to help Arabic- and English-speaking buyers understand the market and decide calmly. We believe a buyer who understands buys better — so we built this guide, a WhatsApp AI assistant called Taj, and a human team that follows through with you.
How we work
- No commission charged to the buyer: our fee comes from the developer, and the price you see is the developer's own price.
- Booking, contract and payment directly with the developer: we never receive money from buyers.
- Side-by-side comparison: we show projects from more than one developer and tell you plainly what does not fit your goal.
- Developer figures only: every price or payment plan we mention comes from the developer, is dated, and may be updated.
